Dinosub Diving Centre was set up in 1979 and managed from 1994 by Giorgio Maria Chiappetta and his staff.

There you will find 4 instructors, 4 guides and a couple of funny boys thata take care of equipment and boats. Dinosub can welcome, in the high season, almost 70 divers per day. We use to organiste groups of 6 divers with 1 guide. Our diving program has usually 3 dives every day, full day trip and night dives. Over thirteen diving sites are available (visit our page dive sites). Groups are usually organized accordino to divers experience and certificate. We will be happy to share our passion for diving with you.

Getting there: The Diving Centre Dino Island is situated in Praia a Mare, Calabria. Dinosub is located both on the beach, just in front of the wonderful Dino Island, from 15th of June until 15th of September and also in “La Mantinera” Village far from the Island and the beach 300 mt. from 15th May until 15th September. La Mantinera Village can also offer accomodation for divers. More information on www.lamantinera.it

How to get there:

By car: with the highway A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria. From north take the exit Lagonegro, then the way “Fondo Valle del Noce” and finally the S.S. 18. From south take the exit Falerna (after Lamezia Terme) and keep the S.S. 18 in noth direction.

By train: there is the railway station of Praia a Mare.

By plane: there are Lamezia Terme airport which is 75 minutes by car far from Praia a Mare or Napoli capodichino airport which is 3 hours by car far from Praia a Mare.
